Is it a vision or is it a wish?

I wish upon a star and … nothing happened. I had so many dreams, some big some small. Some became true and some died before I even started trying.

A wish is like an infinite body of water, with no end, no edge. It might be beautiful, but you can also get lost trying to find the edge of it. It is something you want, something you desire.   And still, here you are, doing nothing about it.

A vision is more like a river you want to cross. You know there is another side. You might not know exactly where this other side is or what it looks like, but at least you know it exists.

You are here, standing on the bank of your vision. What do you want? Is it a special career or a certain relationship? Is it to earn some money or go on a trip? Whatever it is there is a good chance it will never come true if you just stop your mind at wishing. You are on the bank of your vision. Is it exciting or scary? You vision might be clear, and you can take action right away. When it’s less clear some of you might call it quits and stay in your corner, never trying. Some brave souls will fight for their dream and try to cross over even though it’s foggy, rainy, we are in the middle of the night. By the way, there might be crocodiles in the water.

What are you going to do? How will you make it happen? It’s your vision after all. Let’s cross together.

Take the first step: Decide to move forward. Whatever direction you take, it will be better than wishing and not moving because you're scared. Come on, stop thinking. Take the first step.

You want a new job? List the jobs or the companies you might be interested in. You want a better relationship? Talk to your partner or get out of your comfort zone and meet new people.

Take the second step: Congratulations!!!! YOU DID IT! You started moving. Now keep the momentum. Stop judging yourself for not moving as fast as you wish. Continue. A vision is not always a sprint. You ask the universe and you work in collaboration with your angels.

Just for today. Can you take some action today? Not tomorrow. Not in a week. Every. Single. Day. Take at least one action that will get you closer to your ultimate goal.

Kill the crocodiles. I told you: It’s rainy, foggy and there are crocodiles in the water. Those crocodiles are the negative messages in your head telling you you’re not good enough, you’re not capable, you’re not worthy, and who are you to want more…? Excuse the language, it’s time to fxxx the crocodiles. If you need help, find a good coach to work on the conscious level or hypnotherapist if you believe there are subconscious blocks stopping you.

Keep moving no matter what. Take action. This is not the time to quit. I know it might be difficult and the tendency when it gets difficult is to stop trying altogether. As Winston Churchill said: “If you are going through hell, keep going.” You might be quitting just before your big breakthrough. Just evaluate where you are. You might be right over half way and going back might seem easy, but the other side is right there in front of you.

When was the last time you quit way to close to achieving your goal and settled for less? Was it worth it?

This is you vision. Something will come out of this because you took action. It might be what you wanted, or slightly different, but as long as you keep acting on it—you get closer to your it. My vision, for as far as I can remember , has been to help others be happy and healthy. As a kid, I thought it would translate into becoming a doctor. Years later, as an adult, my vision is more alive than ever. I guide those who want to heal their negative emotions and toxic patterns. I help them shift generational paradigms and traumas. I allow brave souls to find their purpose and create the relationship they want with the world and with themselves. I allow you to find happiness. Your happiness.

This is so much better than my original vision. It took years to take my first steps on the other side of the river. It was not always easy and sometimes I really thought I would never get there but I kept on swimming. This new side is beautiful. Filled with peace, joy and new visions. Will you join me?
